Libidream

This project established an independent fashion brand named LIBIDREAM, dedicated to designing clothing and accessories for girls who love rock music. LIBIDREAM is a place where you can fully express yourself, finding the perfect "armor and gown" as if in a dream. The brand's style transcends traditional "girly" fashion by incorporating rock elements, resulting in a more distinctive and individualistic approach.

The project encompassed comprehensive brand development, including brand philosophy, positioning, logo and icon application, consumer research, product range and pricing, marketing strategies, visual merchandising, competitive analysis, and profitability assessment. A deep dive into the target audience was conducted, leading to the creation of two seasonal collections: one featuring virtual fashion NFTs made with CLO3D and sold on OpenSea, alongside corresponding physical samples, and another season utilizing AI-generated fashion products.

The project plan also covered aspects such as product categorization, series development, cost control, promotional strategies, product structure, and SKU management.
